Account Management

3.2 Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all bets, deposits, and withdrawals made from your account. If someone uses your account without your permission and you fail to report it within a reasonable time, mcw 19 will not be liable for that loss.
3.3 Updating Contact Information
If your mobile number or email address changes, update your account information immediately. mcw 19 will not be responsible for any important notifications not received due to outdated contact details.
3.4 Inactive Accounts
If there is no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months or more, the account may be marked as inactive. A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts, and the member will be informed in advance.
Deposits and Withdrawals

4.2 Minimum Amount

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time
mcw 19 generally completes withdrawals within 1 hour. Withdrawals may be temporarily held during verification processes or if unusual activity is suspected.
4.4 Deposit Responsibility

Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members are eligible to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. After receiving this bonus, a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount must be met before a withdrawal can be made. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 as a bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
5.2 Bonus Eligibility Conditions
Each bonus offer has specific conditions, which are detailed in the offer description. It is strongly advised to read the relevant conditions before claiming a bonus. A bonus may expire if not used within a set time period.
5.3 Multiple Bonuses

5.4 Bonus Abuse

6.2 Technical Issues
If a game or bet is left incomplete due to a server problem, disconnection, or any other technical fault, the decision of mcw 19 management will be final. In such situations, the bet stake is generally returned.
6.3 Odds Changes
For live betting or pre-match betting, the odds at the time the bet is confirmed will apply. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, mcw 19 reserves the right to void that bet.
6.4 Game Provider Rules

Prohibited Activities

Limitation of Liability

8.2 Third-Party Services

8.3 Maximum Compensation
